Meet Jane, Martha and Elinaja, three strong senior women from Tanzania – a country known for its beautiful wildlife reserves and for being home to a large variety of ecological systems ranging from Alpine deserts to rainforest areas. Tanzanian women are generally marginalised, a fact that is even more often the case for older women. Older women are usually impoverished, stigmatised and they have limited access to healthcare.
